Thirty sessions to practise speaking, listening, professional writing, and the conversations that move your career forward.
6 weeks30 sessions90 minutes per session
Practice in every session. In-person, English-medium classes run five days a week for six weeks: 45 contact hours. A cohort of 15–30 learners works in pods of 5–6.
WEEK 01
Find Your Voice
Days 1–5. Understand how communication works, manage nerves, and practise using your voice and body with intention.
- Explore sender, message, channel, receiver, feedback, noise, and the 7 Cs.
- Compare a rambling introduction with a clear one. Record a 60-second introduction in your pod.
- Give one Star and one Wish, and set a personal goal for the course.
- Take home: review your baseline video, identify three strengths and three changes, and start your Practice Log.
